3. Account Registration and Security

6. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

If you are using Meta ATS as an employer or recruiter, you agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities
  • Not discriminate in hiring practices
  • Respect candidate privacy and data protection rights
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of Meta ATS may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Meta ATS and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meta ATS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Limitation Of Liability
